They did. You now have an increase to medi-gel maximum capacity. It went from 5 to 6. You get it the same way you got past being able to carry only 2. Makes sense.

I tried redeeming my victory pack but I didn't receive it because my game was taking too long to get it and I thought that restart might've helped, but once I restarted it the victory pack was gone, and I was only able to redeem the commendation pack.

 I have promoted two characters but I didn't recieve the comendation pack, then I went to http://social.biowar...m/me3wchelp.php and select to review my case, but no answer. Now there are almost 6 hours left to claim the reward and when I enter http://social.biowar...m/me3wchelp.php it says:
"Ayuda del paquete de recomendacionesEn la actualidad no hay ninguna operación activa."

I don't know what to do...

My xbox died after I completed operation alloy.....GT: WyldByll10. I just got my xbox back and I know the time ticked by for getting the two packs. I know I promoted 2 classes. Any chance of getting it re-instated and getting the packs?
