For some reason, as I was reading the bit about the "unexpected resistance faced by our soldiers", all I could think about were the staggering numbers of disconnects I had over the weekend, more than I've ever had before (and haven't had any since.)

Exactly what I was thinking.  I promoted 4 (pc) but my son who just started playing had 2/3rds of the missions end with disconnects. He promoted one and finally gave up in frustration and went back to the single player. I feel bad he won't get the packs. 

We are both on the same network but he was on win32 whereas I was on win64. Something screwy in the client networking  code.  He can play rift for hours with never a disconnect.  But when we played me3 multiplayer he was in and out almost every mission.

No Medi-Gel Capacity increase in it though. Would that be in the CP?

 All I got was a Victory Pack, No medi-gel increase or anything..

Commendation packs usually come later. Medi-gel max capacity was increased to six, you still have to find them in store purchases (unless RNG gives it to you as a gold card in your Victory pack).

AFter seeing the numbers.... I had no idea PS3ers were such a small minority. Splash screen would help I guess for people who don't see things on the forums or on facebook.

i just redeemed my victory pack, and inside of it, instead of a medi-gel upgrade, i got a lvl 4 cryo ammo power mod. why did i not get a 6th medi-gel?

Cheaters were banned because much more honest players report them...
