I think people are misinterpreting the award.  I believe it is just an increase in the cap from 5 to 6, NOT that you actually get the +1 upgrade given to you.  You still have to unlock that the normal RNG pack way.

From today's multiplayer balance topic:
"Medigel maximum capacity increased from 5 to 6 due to the success of Operation Alloy"

I'll be shocked if we DIDN'T achieve this. No combat necessary during the weekend. I'm also sure that at least 80% of the regular player base of MP had at least 2 characters at lvl 20.

Victory Pack you get right away, Commendation pack ALWAYS comes later, give it about 6-7 hours.

Yep same got the Vic pack just need I few more hours for my eagle. LoL, did they say something about a gel bonus ? Guess we have to wait for that one to.,I hope it is not a store thing that store trolls me big time.

Well, that's because we don't get the operation screen that 360 & PC get, so practically every PS3 player that doesn't check the BSN, facebook or the BW blog at the very least is unaware about this operation weekends

Looking at the numbers I'm guessing there's barely 100,000 regular players left on Multiplayer. Most people promoted twice, some once (or not at all) and a few try-hards like me promoted all six. (I did nine)

I promote 2 characters as they ask during
