At least you got something, tried to claim mine, got "please wait" then "connection to mass effect 3 servers lost" message.  When I reconnected, no more victory pack, no new stuff and no medigel increase.  

This happened to me too... =[ Hopefully it won't happen with the reddeming of my Commendation Pack...

I have got exactly the same bonus item, i.e. Power Amplifier Module IV.

However, I must note that I already own Medi-gel Upgrade V. If it's actually capped at tier5 than it's no wonder that I got some useless bonus. I mean, I couldn't upgrade my medi-gel anymore so I got this armor bonus thing.

Yeah, the victory pack didn't come with the +1 to medigel. I was afraid that I was the only one that got an IV instead.

(I only have 3 medi-gels so it can't be a cap problem.)

from the about 15 PSN-buddys i regularly play ME3 with, only two others are regularly visiting the blog.bioware site - no one else of us than me visits regularly this social.bioware site
and about 13 of us are really experienced players - with the beginners it looks even more dramatic,
as they mostly do not even know from hearing out about this weekend-challenges
or about that gameplay-feedback-upload needs to be turned on and such - and this even with the most less extensive web-user community of the 3 main gaming-device-communitys
(as i guess that about every X-boxxer uses their PC extensive alongside/ linked with the the console and pc-only users surely are extremely common with gathering everything for them selves in the web anyway...)
also this weekend-challenge-thing was no part of the original PS3-ME3 and we do not have any
in-game hints to neither this challenges nor this sites - this does not feel like a modern strategy of presenting a gaming-franchise in the main content to a gaming-device-community to me
and surely this costs a very lot in this weekend-challenge result-numbers, the very more so as i feel the PS3-ME3-battlefields to be extremely well populatet.

Hehe me too though I do not have Medi-gel capacity upgrade V (I can have 3 medi-gel at once). Well, perhaps I will find something nice in Commendation pack.

i only got the victory pack and it all items was for one mission only with no medi-gel upgrade and my comm pack is nowhere to be found. No more operation for me if i want items, i buy the Jumbo pack and it doesn't take all week-end to get that. What a waste of time, Operation Olympus was just like that but at least i got 1 gear equipment

I am really happy that we succeeded because I was able to play only on Friday evening and quickly promoted my two most advanced classes. It is good to see that so many others promoted more than the required two. Good job every one!

 I'm those last 8 on PS3! 

I'm not really suprised the PC players did it on their own.
What surprises me is that the Xbox players did it three times over.

What I am gathering from this is "medigel capacity raised by 1" means that you can POTENTIALLY raise your medigel capacity to 6 now IF you randomly get a medigel upgrade in a pack. The Victory pack doesn't give it to you.
