Also, earlier in this thread, someone confrimed receicing the medi-gel capacity increase via a Spectre Pack. so it appears that the capacity increase will not be in the packs rewarded for this op. It seems like the op description was going to give them to us, but I'll be content so long as my packs are not merely one-mission use items.

Wow... I hate to complain, but one of the reasons I was so excited about this was I was hoping to finally get a Medigel increase... But I just openned my pack and all I got was another Cryo Ammo IV.

I think the big win for everyone will be the cap increase that is available. Gives me one extra bonehead move each match....ya know...like the one where you have a teammate seperated from the group in a gold match....and they keep dying....and your head tells you that this is what they deserve, but your heart tells you "no one left behind"????

You did get the medi-gel increase. Everyone did. Now you have to find a medi-gel card in a pack to take advatage of the newly increased space.

unfortunately, this was the worst victory pack ever for me, lvl 4 cryo ammo and equipment. didnt get a medigel increase, but maybe the fact that i have it at five has sumthing to to with it

I'm not totally surprised. In a popular PS3 forum I'm active in, there's only me and a couple other people that regularly express interest in and post info about these operations.

Not to mention that the PS3 doesn't get a splash screen for these operations, so a lot of people probably didn't know about promoting their level 20s.

I did see quite a few level 20's, wish I had a mic to let them know. 

I didn't know about any popular PS3 forum. Playing on PS3 is kinda like living in a bubble, info deprivation.

Yes, they appear in the 'store'. However, I find that the commendation packs don't usually show up for me until afternoon Wednesday, so if you don't have it by thursday you should contact EA support and they can unlock it for you. The victory packs should be up now, though.

The maximum Medi-Gel avaliable across the board is now 6, so anybody saying that they didn't get it because they were already maxxed out at 5 can relax.

And to add to what Chris has said (for those who may have missed it), in order to get the upgrade you have to purchase Spectre packs, as it's classed as a rare item (You might get it in a Veteran pack if you're very lucky).

you will get the medi-gel iff you buy SP or PSP. i got mine in an SP that means the upgrade is there.

Spoken as if Medi-gel cap will be increased and increase to medi-gel capacity are not the exact same thing. You do know that cap is short for capacity, right?

We got our victory pack and the cap(acity) has been increased. Now go find a medi-gel card just like you found the first three to get it from 2 to 5.

Actually I meant 'CAP' as in 'Limit' or 'Ceiling' - ie the 'maximum limit'

But anyway they increased the cap limit by one.

The previous cap was 5?   Then how come I've had 6 medigel capacity for months now?  I got it when Origin failed on the Shotgun preorder code for 360, so instead, they (eventually, WAY later) gave me a collector rifle multiplayer add-on box.  Was my limit of 6 a glitch/mistake? OR (hope hope) is my potential limit now 7?
