Lost 400 Bioware Points

 Hello, new to the tech forums.

As i was waiting for Leviathan to become available for purchase(still waiting...) i thought i would spend my excess 400 Bioware points on MP packs. Unfortunatly the server simply did not want to cooperate and charged me without giving me my intended packs. (Premium Spectre pack and a Spectre Pack)

My question is can i get a refund in some form, and this a common occurence?

Sadly, this is a common occurrence. The game has been out since March and BioWare still can't get a handle on this.

I had this same problem and I've had this happen to me a couple times. BioWare, you need to fix this. I'm tired of this crap. I got boned on a Premium Spectre pack just a few minutes ago. I know I'm missing at least two or three spectre packs over the course of time. To make matters worse I got boned twice because I bought a Premium Spectre pack and I got Juggernaught Shield III which I already had. It didn't upgrade to IV like it should have.

And I can understand technical issues and all that. But the thing that really gets me is they do not have an easy way to resolve this issue when it occurs. They do for commendation and victory packs, but not for this.

has happened to me once, however when i went back to store the next day the missing packs showed up when that checking for outstanding packs message displays when you first enter the store

A friend of mine says the same thing. However that has never worked for me. I just lose points and get nothing in return.

It is really common, and it costs consumers real currency (unlike using in-game creds). It is absolutely ridiculous that this has not been fixed yet, and it borders on criminal as they have not yet refunded anyone (from what I am aware of, reading this forum)

took me 3 months worth of effort
Opening support ticket after support ticket and talking to the oh so awesome live tech support who's answer to fixing everything is uninstall and reinstall.

Basicly they gave mine back because I wasn't going to let it drop. You can always try that but I hope you can deal with a 3 month wait or more.

It happened to me twice, just now, I tried to purchase two premium spectre packs, and the BW points are also gone without giving me de packs... This must be fixed!

A simple solution to this I've found is logging out of Origin, and logging back in. It's worked for me the past few times I've bought the packs.

open a ticket every week otherwise they will just ignore it and tell you it's being sent to a "Higher Department"

Higher Department = you have gone out side their copy and paste answers so they must yell for help or better yet ignore it.
