Thank you for Dragon Age: Origins, I am currently enjoying the introduction to this long awaited RPG. I purchased the Deluxe edition from Direct2Drive and followed your instructions, however the following occurred:
After registering, and redeeming codes, I did not receive the content/extras. I am now unable to attempt to redeem again, but do not possess the extras as stated. I can supply the proof that I purchased all the necessary pieces to be eligible
Running:
Mozilla Firefox 3.0 / Windows XP SP 3
Occurred in redeem code page of your website.
Any help would be much appreciated,
