EDIT: Thanks to those who suggested it, if you're getting the problem try approaching the ladder while look upwards. It worked for alot of us  
 
Ok, getting a really annoying glitch here. Right after the Banshee on Namalki appears, and the bridge has drawn up, once i'm at the top of the building and get to the stairs on the opposite side, my shep begins to do the "slide down stairs animation" but gets no where and just gets stuck for a few seconds until climbing back up :/
Has anyone had this problem too? I've tried reloading my save and the mission but I've had no luck yet.

I'm experiencing the exact same issue. I've tried restarting the mission and have attempted to go down the ladder a few dozen times (tried rolling into it, walking, sprinting, smashing the "w" key). Hopefully there's some sort of quick fix.

Yeah I've tried everything. Tried restarting the game and still nothing :/ Hopefully a fix will come soon.

Yea it seems like other ppl got this issue too, it shouldn't take long to fix this bug. Annoying, good DLC till that point!

Yeah I'm really enjoying it too. Such a buzz kill. Silly glitch.
My squadmates are currently mocking me by going up and down > , <#

Yep, I've just ran into this issue too. Can't continue.

I've had this issue with ladders before though normally I'd end up at the bottom anyway so it wasn't a big deal. Not this time though.

hahah yeah, i'm thinking the same thing. Hopefully something can be done soon. I'm really enjoying this DLC.

Ok I kept trying and finally made it down the ladder. I saved and reloaded that save then made it down the ladder at the second attempt.

Maybe it's a good thing origin's store is broken right now and not letting me buy any BW points. :S

All I can suggest is keep trying. I was there for a good 10 minutes trying to get down, then tried saving and reloading. Then again it didn't work the first time I tried using the ladder but did the second.

They need to fix it though. Hope you can get down eventually

Ok, somehow I managed to get down. I kept trying and trying and finally it worked. I didn't save and reload...

I'm down yet, just try to look up when you're climbing i've done this way, hope it helps

Edit: i've tried 2 times looking up and worked both times, i think it solves the Problem

I shot the ladder with my assault rifle and then I was hit with three harvester blasts. Next thing I know, I'm down the ladder.

Shoot the ladder.
