Destroy And Control No Longer As Great As You Previously Thought It Was?

Infusing all living things with tech at the level of cell or DNA might make it easier for Leviathans or Starkid to subjugate everyone.
If Bioware is pushing synthesis as canon, then the next arc is about liberating ourselves.
Since it is unlikely that the next arc will be all picnics and bunnies. Just saying. There would have to be some conflict in the next story arc, no?

Destroy is also to their advantage, at least it certainly looks that way. But one problem at a time.
Leviathan can't puppeteer Reapers (controlling their hybrid ground troops is different). So actually, Control seems the best right now (which is silly, considering that the rest of the game argue against it). Assuming "Shepard", that is whatever is left of the Commander, doesn't eventually go crazy and become the next big threat... And what if Leviathan can influence the new "Catalyst" more than they could the old one?
In other words, I believe the writers could make each ending beneficial to the Leviathan, if that's what they want.

Leviathan is outnumbered by this cycle. If anything, we would be killing them.
Another thing, we can also block the artifacts and prevent them from controlling us.
To answer OP, nope. Destroy is still a good option.
Exactly! Without their indoctrination, they are pretty useless.

We really have no idea how many there actually are. They have had eons to breed. I'm sure they also have a similar saying about keeping all your eggs in one basket. The truth is we don't really have enough information to go on. Speculation is the absolute best any of us can do right now.

Here's my solution to the potential Leviathan problem: Drop a neutron bomb on them. If they're organic or at least part organic, those components will melt off like an ice cube in Sahara.
Exactly. We have the technology now to kill the leviathan.

They can use that pulse to deacitvate the bomb... Just saying. While the Leviathans can't take the Reapers head on alone, that doean't mean they aren't advanced enough to be a threat, especially with the Reapers gone for those who still like to choose destroy.

That's why I think they'll pick Destroy as the cannon ending in this case.
Before Leviathan, I thought they were going to pick both Control and Destroy as cannon (who would like someone with those creepy glowing eyes as LI?) but now I think the Reapers existence would make too much of a difference in the battle, unless they treat them as EMS.
But if they picked destroy they could even use Shepard as the PC one las time.
