i think i may have found a bug in dragon age awakenings, but
im not sure. if i use one of the skill books that rests all my ability points.
do i loose all the bonus ability, skill and attribute points ive collected from
the many small books ive found and read. if my question doesnt make sense plz
let me know.

You keep all of your skill points, attribute points and available talents after using a Manual of Focus. Nothing is lost when using one.

but im talking about all the bonus points from books and relics u acquire as u play. if can keep all those thats totally ok with me

You do not lose anything by using a Manual of Focus. It just allows you to reallocate points.
