 Mission on the planet Namakli: excavation, Shepard can not go down the stairs leading to the lift

Yep getting this problem to. Can go up ladders but not down (my femshep can't at least squadmates can). Tried restarting etc not working. Sigh.

I have the same problem. Cross the bridge, can go up the ladder but not down the other side... Have had this problem in mult-player, but would always appear at the bottom after the messed up animation.

in general, I tried to approach a step ladder and try to get can also

Just try looking straight up the whole time and tap rapidly the action button (space if you are on PC). It worked for me and a few others out there.

He is correct, this works. I did it and didnt get stuck anywhere.

I almost had this problem today... hadn't happened in the two previous runs although I heard about it.

Looking around made Shepard get off the ladder, then I could proceed down it normally.

It is GREAT that it work for you, but it still does not work for some of US!! BioWare or Origin give us a FIX!!!!
