 Hey guys,

So I got my victory pack, opened it and ... game disconnected. When I got back in, there were no goodies to be seen but the pack was gone. Who do I go to about getting it back?

Commendation Pack worked just fine.

So did I. Tried exiting the game and Origin before resuming, but it's no longer in the store and missing from outstanding purchases.

It happened to me too. Usually when the game freezes in-store I get the goodies when I log on again after restarting - no so for the victory pack.

yeeee i lost my victory pack too......at least in the commendantion i got the n7 valiant... eh any way we could get our missing pack/s back ??

I got hung in the store redeeming the commendation pack too. But when I logged back in it handed me three items, one of which was the N7 Valiant.

I had no problem with the victory pack.

Noob question: wasn't there supposed to be the ability to use 6 medigels as a reward as well?

Same problem, and it reset my favorite character, very annoying. Anyone contacted support yet?

Same here! ive had so many problems with the store lately... i dont know what they have done with it but something is seriously ****ed up.

I hope they can fix this and give us our victory packs.

Well at least I don't feel so left out now, lost my victory pack the same way Tilarta did. I swear the store needs to be overhauled as I have more trouble getting my packs from the store then in any other aspect of this game.

I lost mine in the same way: I clicked, it stalled, disconnected and upon return the Pack was no longer available.

Interestingly enough, I did get a Tier 4 Cyclonic Modulator added to my equipment, but that's it. No other consumables, weapons and no Medigel socket.

I get the sneaking feeling that the code for ME MP is more brittle than Joker's bones.

Anyway, I just experienced the same problem. And talked to customer support and they weren't able to do anything. Similar to what Bioware did with the commedation pack. They need to do with the victory pack as it seems reward packs are getting lost in the blackhole of the multiplayer store.

From what I understand we all got access to it now we just have to get it in one of the packs we buy.  I can add my name to those who lost connection opening the victory pack though I am not worried about that.  What worries me is this is happening far too often now and it has cost me 4 psp this past week.

This happen to me too. I contact Origin support chat. They said that "if they could give it to me they would" ... I assume that the program said that I got the pack, but I got disconnected I lost it.

Also... for the last two events I didn't get my commendation pack. First, I thought that I fail to do the individual mission. But again, in the last event (The one that you have to promote two characters), I did it, and didn't get it. After I chat with a one of Origin support team, I got it, but I don't want to have to chat with someone every time this doesn't happen.

I had the same problem with Victory Pack - I clicked 'redeem' and got disconnected. But when I reconnected and entered Multiplayer again (without restarting ME3) first thing I got was Victory Pack opened (didn't have to go to store, it just popped up right away).

Oh, and I just want to add, that store works waaaay worse than before, it takes several minutes to open it and to buy anything. Seems that each time BW folks add or change something in the game or fix anything they break something new

This happened to me too. I contacted EA, who said they'd give me another commendation pack instead of a victory pack. Logged in and checked the store again and nothing was there.

Just had that glitch. The game advisor in live chat confirmed that, but said there is nothing he can't do and posted link to that forum. Losing a Victory Pack (and 120000 credits in previous issues) is not a big deal, but the promised medi-gel capacity increase award missing too is kinda dissapointing.

Same Issue, I redeemed the pack but before it was rewarded the store lost connection. Existed game without clicking anything and reloading, nothing there. Bioware, please fix this AND ORIGIN for that matter, tried live help chatting and it disconnected within 1 minute of the conversation.
