First redeemed Commendation pack and lost connection, had to completely exit ME3 and Origin because ME3 would not start. Finally started and recieved Com pack, then tried to get victory pack (rinse, wash, and repeat), but this time no pack to be seen.
I think the QA teams at EA/Dice/Origin needs to be let go, or given a refresher course on how to properly execute a QA process. It seems that the code is going from dev to production regardless of what it does to the customer experience.
