I select the paypal option and I get this after trying to confirm the payment: "TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
This action could not be completed. We may be experiencing an unusually high server load or undergoing maintenance. Please try again in a few minutes."

Is this bc a lot of ppl are buying it? Is it normal?

EA is simply as disappointing hulk of a company, if any thing could slay the golden goose, it would be EA.

First you're forced to use Origin and then it doesn't work... That's the way to loose customers...

Having the same problem, tried the third time now. That happened to me allready. I desperately tried to buy 15€ worth of bioware points, tried it three times, asked the support what's wrong and they said they were going to fix it.
In the end I got charged three times and had 45€ in bioware points. I wonder if the same will happen again.

Save your money. EA and BioWare have enough, as it is.

I had the same problem, here is what I did.
exit origin.
on the top left side menu on this page choose profile -> Add Bioware points.buy 800 points, then open origin and get the DLC. Origin will not ask you to purchase points.now DLC is downloading :)
Can't guarantee it'll work, for me it did.

Thanks for the help, the fix above worked great...even better, the purchase through the website save me $1.63 in tax that PayPal adds.

Thank you oz.liran.... i was having the same frustrating problem! and now it works... best of all i got to use that extra 320 Bioware points by buying the 560 option available here that's not available on Origin.

I applied the fix that oz.liran suggested, but when I try to get the DLC, there is no button with which to complete the purchase...

Any other suggestions?

Sounds about right.

After the debacle with the ME3 ending, I'm surprised that BioWare isn't right behind them...

Then again, since BioWare is a part of EA's collective, I suppose they're right there with them.

Make sure you arent charged when it errors Aashish. Not quite the same but:

Once my BioWare points all went missing, I got onto tech support and they said I had bought a DLC (that I already owned months before!).
They eventually relented and gave me my points back because I could not have bought it.
This website can be a bit dodgy.

lol, you'd thing EA would have backup systems in place to ensure you buy these points!

Have a boat load full of BW points, but Origin doesn't want to me to buy the DLC. "Temporarily unavailable" now for 6 hours already! Screw it!!

oz.liran's solution worked for me and Leviathan is finally downloading. Origin is as useful as a chocolate oven.

Buying points from origin or this site didn't work for me. Instead, I just used my credit card on Origin! Downloading now! Woooo hooo!

I have more than enough points and I've been getting the message since yesterday.

I hate Origin.

Have the same problem. BioWare if you are wondering why you aren't selling any copies of Leviathan it's because nobody can buy bioware points through origins.

Fortunately (for you) I'm a 1337 h4x0r and was able to purchase BioWare points through this website. I doubt most people are motivated enough to figure out how to buy BW points through an alternate method, or are even clever enough to understand that EA Origins is garbage and is returning an invalid error message (servers are busy, try again later).

This is literally the stupidest thing.  I have to go through this site to purchase Bioware points, then go back to Origin and use the point there.  It worked, but damn.  First of all, I have no overlay eventhough Origin In Game is checked, second of all, that hasn't worked since the first patch back in March.  Secondly, Orgin is a pile of crap and doesn't work half the time, invites are miss and hit, buying anything through Origin is a waste of time because it almost never works and I have to go hunting Support questions down.  It always comes up with some sort of error message.  Origin and Bioware need to sort their **** out.  If I didn't need Origin to launch ME3, I wouldn't ever use it.   I can't even use Steam to launch it anymore.

I've never been so frustrated with a piece of crap software in my life.

Me too. I can't buy DLC "Leviathan" from Origin. Every time I try to pay money I get message: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."

Love this guy. Worked for me!

Not a proper fix, but is a way to buy it.

I get the message when I go onto the Add On page and click on "Buy Now". I have enough points to buy the stupid thing, but I keep getting the "service temporarily unavailable" error. I then tried to download one of the free MP packs to see if that would download and still nothing. I've gotten this error since Leviathan's release.

Origin is so messed up.
