yeah same problem have 6000 points but cannot use them. considering firefight and levaithon combined is 1800 points . so should i wait or try the 800 point thing? the e mail i got from the ea tech was condescending and insulting. and denied there was issue with the origin store. i wish you could buy the dlc from here like on Mass effect 2 digital download, time to cut out the origin dumbkoppf middlemen shennigans. good luck to everyone who is waiting to get leviathon and the firefight pack im going to hound them till they resolve the issue and when i have found out how to fix i shall pass it on to my fellow Gamers . the renegade out.

Hope you figure something out. Didn't even bother with contacting tech support, last time I did that I felt like face palming myself the whole damn time reading their reply.

For me it's simple. I can either buy Leviathan reasonably soon or ME3 was the last game I'll ever buy from EA unless it's Origin free.

Hi everyone, yay took me a month but leviathon finaly downloadable and running spoke to one of the bosses in Accounts and support they fixed it with no charge.. i also pointed out there non support of paypal and pre paid visa was absurd. cause here in the antipodes you cant buy the bioware points cards . also i was able to prove that i was legit because at the other areas of the orign shop i could buy games etc. until i recieved the email from this 1 i had given up ever being able to play leviathon, dlc on pc . i was just going to get Mass Effect3 on PS3 and buy the psn cards to get leviathon and firefight etc i will still do so. don't get angry with them as counterproductive just point out they need to restablish paypall payment and please bring back the mass effect 2 way of purchasing dlc directly from here it worked why they changed it will never understand it works also make people able to earn it buy playing single player or multi buy earning points like in Fifa 12 you could earn the points to redeem Euro 2012 if you didnt want to pay for it or had no other way. good luck Elirian_19 and every one else i hope you get the one i got who was helpful patient and understanding good luck to every one else too. .. It finally worked for me.

What I did was purchase my Bioware points separately and then I called customer support. I tried the live chat twice and it was just terribly frustrating. The support desk, well at the least the guy who answered, was extremely helpful. It took only 10-15 min to get it straightened out. What he did was log into my account using an administrative login and purchased Leviathan from his end. Then I was able to log in to Origin and the DLC immediately started downloading. Hope this helps.

Yeah, well, it's been escalated into oblivion as it seems. A week since I contacted them and no one bothered getting in contact with me. So yeah, EA support is really awesome.
