Seriously Bioware?

I click to open the packs, it says "please wait" for about 5 minutes, I alt tab out, the game freezes. I start the game up again, no packs. What exactly is the problem?

I got my victory pack, but I just bought a premium spectre pack for 240 points, and it reset my the store, no premium spectre pack for me, and my 240 points are gone. That's real money gone. I want my premium spectre pack. Is there somewhere to look up a history? My shop also froze.

Wait a second, I just checked my weapons and one of them went up a rank, as well as some elvel 1 equipment. Almost had a freakout moment there.

I am in the same boat as you myfriend. I got my Victory Pack no problem, but I bought two Permium Specter Packs @ 240 Points each and one Regular Specter Pack @ 160 Points... I got nothing.

I spent 640 Bioware Points and got nothing, I am a pissed off customer. 

Edit: I have sent in a request for phone support to figure this out.

I logged back into multiplayer and my packs automagicly popped up with all 15 items.

Yeah, my inventory changed later. Would have been nice if I got a screen that said what I got instead of having to dig through and see what changed.
