I keep recieving a message saying "General Error: An error has occured while trying to process your request. Please, try again later". I've tried purchasing the BioWare points using the downloadable content section on the main menu and the game add-ons sections in Origin. I've also attempted purchasing points as a seperate thing entirely on this site to no avail, recieving the same message. This has been frustrating for the past 6-7 hours or so and I have tried reinstalling Origin and all the typical methods. Anyone else had this and fixed it or have some advice (besides d*ckheads telling me the DLC's a waste).

I also am having this exact same problem. I have had this same problem before when trying to purchase with a credit card, so i would have to use pay pal to get around it, but it won't let me do that either. I just get the same "General Error: An error has occured while trying to process your request. Please, try again later" message each time. It is very very frustrating.

I had the same issue. I got over it by buying the Bioware points right through the Bioware site, here. That went through without a hitch, and then I was able to buy the DLC through Origin, as well.

Save your money. EA and BioWare have enough, as it is.

Glad to see I was not alone on this one, got it working. Purchased BioWare points through Origin itself in the store, then proceeded to download.

I am having the same problems but I am also unable to purchase Bioware points through the Bioware website. I spoke to customer service several times which resulted in absolutely nothing. They finally told me that they would refer my problem to the "Higher Team" which just sounds silly. You'd think that they would try a little harder to let me give them money for their product.
