Iv got the new DLC dl'ed and i am at the part where i have to find Ann Bryson but i am getting a glitch.
I am at the part where i have to raise the bridge well a tad after that. It's the 2nd ladder i have to go down but it will not let me, i'v logged out of the game completed and restarted it to c if that helps but it didn't.
Not sure what to do, i can not finish that mission due to it.
I am rly enjoying the new DLC and would like to get further into it but till this issue gets fixed seems i won't beable to..sighs
Is there anyways this can b looked into?

that's actually happening to more people than you think, how that glitch went by bioware play testers unnoticed really amazes me, there are a handful of workarounds, making a new save then loading from that save file, looking up while going down the ladder, shooting the ladder, or spamming it like 50 times while pressing random buttons on the keyboard, either one, good luck

Same here! Getting that problem. The load/save thing isn't working for me, might for you.

Tried the new save, looking at different areas, sending my squadmates ahead (THEY can use the ladder) why I cna't just drop off the side onto the ground is beyond me.

Scratch what I said, looking up and pressed the space bar rapidly. So it worked in the end thanks djharris10.

Had this problem as well... looking up and hitting spacebar works. But seriously we shouldn't be dealing with this it's basic quality control.

There i graphicglitches as well not serius but not god.
