Damn, after hearing that line from Vega I suspected she would survive if I weren't such a bastard. Turns out it is true... My Shepard is such an as*hole :( Oh well, EDI's next, better learn to live with it.

I did the first renegade interrupt but as soon as I saw the second one I figured she would die if I did it again so I let that one pass.

Whoopsie. She's dead. Damn, and I was playing a Paragon.

My paragade does not regret taking those renegade interrupts at all. It's not like Ann Bryson would be relevant after the DLC anyway, right?

Can someone post a link to the renegade interrupt of this scene?

I play paragon and took the interrupts because EDI made me think we'd loose the damn signal if I didn't. Then, the dialogue makes it look like she just lost consciousness and James takes her to the medbay.

Then I read on the wiki she dies. Then I see that only difference is that I had to scan 2 systems instead of one.

I mean, wtf Bioware? And some people call it balancing? I even made a similar topic because I didn't see this one.

So did my game glitch then? Because I play full-Renegade and so I did all the Renegade interrupts, but at the end Ann Bryon was still alive in my game and she talked to my Shepard through vid-com when Shepard is back in Cortez's shuttle after meeting Leviathan. I didn't get the 20 war assets though (not sure about that though).

So, does this mean my game glitched or something?

EDI kept on telling me to keep the connection so I didn't kill her, EDI did. Its okay, I will just kill EDI in the red ending so its even.

For some super robot EDI seems slow at tracking the signal.

I had a feeling this would happen if you let her continue. I pushed it to the second interrupt, but the kindness in me didn't want to see her get killed.......even though the **** pushed to get herself into the situation.......

Dont' get me wrong, my shepard is Paragon; but I am not against hitting the occasional Renegade option if it's needed. ;)

I did all renegade interrupts and she didn't die. I just did it like an hour ago.

I was so happy that I got a renegade option that didn't make Shepard into a jackass for no reason or into a ******.

I don't think she really dies, she just becomes unable to be a war asset.

Is she dead? Well, that kind of sucks.

Those interrupts were pretty cool, though.

Plus, the whole galaxy is at stake and she wanted to do it.

Who cares about her dying? You never see her again and she just becomes some numbers if she lives.

I sacrificed her to spare me from having to play more ME: Pacman with no sweat.

I did the same thing.

The first interrupts is pretty cool though.

That is my impression as well.

I don't think she dies, she just ends up FUBAR and is in no condition to assist Hackett with the Crucible.

My main Shepard takes both interrupts. I really do like the scene, it helps show how far my Shepard is willing to go to stop the Reapers. The only thing I wish they had done was actually confirm if she was dead, instead of leaving it hanging for us to ponder.

It was a great scene, yes :) my Paragon Shepard took the first Renegade interrupt, but not the 2nd. I love those moments where you're asked to define your character on the spot without an abundance of time to reflect upon it. You just have to act. This is also why I'd never use Youtube to watch a DLC before deciding whether to buy it or not. That only ruins some of the good parts.

Only those who care about being in the game instead of above it. I think Mass Effect would be terribly dull to me if I simply saw it as a matter of numbers.
