 I finished Leviathan but not one of the Accomplishments have unlocked.

Am I going to have to play through again in the hope they they unlock or will they eventually decied that I've done it because I've got the codex entries and war assets.

I too noticed this when I was viewing them through the main game menu, but I know I saw the acknowledgement for Conspiracy Theorist pop up while I was playing. Bug, or server slow to update, I wonder?

I played the whole dlc and not even one achievement unlocked either.

Same. Finished Leviathan, no achieves. Specifically remember unlocking Conspiracy Theorist in play, too.

I just checked them again recently, and I had all of them unlocked. Game must need time to catch up or something.

I have run into the same problem. I've played through the DLC twice now and none of the achievements have unlocked. It's really annoying.

Had the same problem but day three of playing the game, Lev achievements unlocked and were added to my list despite not getting notifications.

Hopefully others will also find that the problem fixes itself.

Rechecked today after Theo's post, and I'm still missing them, now, and also missing Prothean Expert.

I was had problems with disappearing From Ashes DLC achievements that were "earned" when I first played the game close to release date.

They also came back when the achievement list updated itself.

Hope yours does too.

Same thing, played it through twice and no unlocks. And apparently there's other threads about how it glitches out EC content as well. Nice.

Yeah, it''s really a drag that this happened. I have a video about the glitched out parts of the EC scenes.

I just checked my list this morning after reading this thread and my From Ashes and Leviathan achievements are gone and I KNOW I got them all.

The only one to unlock in game with a notification was Conspiracy Theorist for me.

When I start up ME3 and look at Accomplishments under Extras, none of the Leviathan ones are listed as unlocked. However, if I load up a game where I had played through Leviathan and then exit to the main menu all of the Accomplishments appear unlocked.

All of my From Ashes DLC accomplishments are still unlocked, no problem with those.

Conspiracy Theorist achievement is the only one I saw and not the others. When I finished it, I found out that none of the achievements are showing up.

Leviathan achievements didn't unlock for me either, on PC. Looked up the conditions on the ME wiki, and I know I met them all. Oh well.

Same here. The message pop up for the first achievement, but it don't unlock. The others don't even get the message...

I have the same problem. Unlocked conspiracy theorist, got none of the others, then, C Theorist disappeared as well.

What gives?

My Leviathan achievements were missing too for several days but I checked today and they have all mysteriously returned. Very peculiar.

Same. They keep appearing/disappearing on me, similar to my N7 Spec Ops war assets. They're there, oh wait, they're not. Oh wait, they are again. Although last time the Leviathan achievements reappeared, only three of the four came back.

Fortunately we're on PC, so our e-peen is unaffected. This is a bug I can live with.

The same thing happened to me. I kept the badge for completing the game on insanity, but all the Leviathan related ones disappeared.

My Leviathan achievements are all blacked out (even though I saw Conspiracy Theorist pop up during the game) and my From Ashes achievements are now blacked out as well (they were previously unlocked).

UPDATE: All my acccomplishments are unlocked (again) now.

The mystery deepens...All but one vanished mysteriously again yesterday. It's not a huge issue but it's kind of irritating. I want to see my shiny achievements!  All  the time!!!

Is this something that's likely to be fixed?
