tried all mentioned above except the code one still not working for me :/

edit: ok I approached the ladder and as the problem stuck in the ladder above. I quicked saved and then reloaded so back in fron of the ladder. went again and this time he dropped and it worked! so here you go another possible fix. hope it helps someone.

I finally got my hands on Leviathan and came across the exact same issue. Luckily, I already had a fix connected to my flycam controls. I only know how to make this work for PC.

All you need to do is download a  Mass Effect 3 Coalesed utility

Once the program is open expand the 'bioinput --> sfxgamemodebase ---> bindings=multiple

Now add these commands:

( Name= "NumPadFour", Command= "Ghost" )
( Name= "NumPadFive", Command= "Walk" )

Pressing 4 to Ghost will allow you to walk over the ladder and drop down to the floor below. Pressing 5 to Walk will return your character to the ground so you won't fall into an abyss and can interact with the environment again.

If you go to this link here: Flycam , there is a great tutorial by Sagequeen on how to input these Ghost/Walk commands, a pause button that works during cut scenes (but can make sound effects go out of sync), and flycam itself. Be warned though, flycam is addicting for taking gazillions of amazing pictures and I'm afraid there is currently no cure.

Thanks for the info and taking the time to post it. This saved me a lot of time. Changing the resolution and switching to window mode seemed to do the trick.

I'm having the same exact problem. Restarting the mission, restarting the game, even restarting origin don't fix it. Checked the PC support forum, apparently if you look straight up when you walk toward the ladder that makes it work, although it may take a few tries.

UPDATE: Just tried looking straight up the whole time trying to go down the ladder as suggested in the PC support forum, it worked on the first try.  Past the ladder and moving on.

I bought the DLC yesterday and found the exact same bug just after the brige and the Banshee I get stuck on top of the ladder.
the funny thing is though this is the first ladder I have encountered to ever giving me any trouble at all

how long have this DLC ben out ? as this is a critical bug for the DLC I would have though they would have consider to fix it by now...

 I have that issue with the Laders near the elivated bridge and once I climb up than I am stuck and not able to climb down on either side. there has to be a patch for this glitch now....!!!

 None of these solutions work for me either! Does anyone know of a patch?

Edit: Never mind.  It just took a lot of tries. Still a patch would be helpful.

Just ran into this, looks to be caused by ladders having off positioning data as in some resolutions, I say this as switching to 800x600 full screen from 1366x768 full screen fixed the issue

Thank you OP, I just get ME3 on PC and this bug struck me as well. I'll see if I can get it added to the Wiki.

The resolution trick is what worked for me.

Thanks, I tried the resolution fix first and while it wasn't pretty, I got through. Yay! for just getting to the PC version of the DLC now.
