I purchased two Premium Spectre packs today using Bioware Points, and I never got it. This is the first time I've bought anything with points, in the past just used credits I earned. Who can i contact about this?

I don't usually by packs with point either but thought since I was getting some points to buy Leviathan I would get a few extra and by a pack or two as well
....and then I suffered the same thing, or so I thought. but I restarted the game, went back into multiplayer and was given my items as soon as I logged in, so if you haven't tried that already I suggest you do so, otherwise you will need to probably contact Origin/EA

Thanks I also bought a PSP with Bioware Points and didn't receive my stuff but that solution works

they fixed this kind of problem where you'll just have to log-out, wait a couple of minute or an hour for the server to correct itself and display the pack's contents once you have re-opened the game again. However, there's still some cases wherein the ordered pack doesn't arrive. That's when I'd raise it to EA/Origin.
