 I want to buy 800 points to buy leviathan, i fill in every credit card detail and when i try to continue i receive an error.

BUT here is the tweak, they have charged me 1$ per error, i have tried with 2 credit card and always the same. I've lost 3$ for nothing thanks to these ****** .I've sent a ticket but i think i have to wait decades for the answer.

I'm having trouble with leviathan can't buy bioware points.
Already tried all methods.
Sometimes they say that the service is not available, or it apperars a goddamm error.

I live in Hungary too. And I receive an error with code NU2010. I have Mastercard. I tried buy points in Origin and on Bioware site. I received the same error here. I lost 5$ + notification SMS fee. I contacted EA they said the transaction was failed so they did'nt get money. I checked my bank account on the internet and the 5$ is only locked for later transaction. So I'll go to my bank monday.

But I don't know how can I buy the DLCs. I still waiting an answer for that from the EA game advisor.

Similar problem here in Germany. Wanted to purchase 1200 points for leviathan via origin, payment via paypal - error, try again in a few minutes. tried 3 times. Now I checked my account and, although I never entered my paypal password, I have 3 transactions listed there. After a few hours (thank god) they were marked as "failed" and cancelled.

I contacted the customer service for help. They apologized and said I shoud try buying the BW points on store.origin.com. Now whats that: there you can only by 1600 or 800 points. AND you cant use paypal for that.
Im really getting angry now. Ive been away for 3 weeks now, looking forward to that DLC and now I cant get it.

If someone has any solution ideas, pls share it.

I become some answer from EA customer service. It does'nt help, but it seems they will work on it.
