All of my classes are now level 1, and only the default character (humans) are unlocked (although the data in the galaxy at war is normal as before). Everytime I try to make a character to investigate more, I lost connection the the EA server. I am deeply upset and dissapointed of this incident. I really hope Bioware restore my multiplayer manifest to it's original manifest.

Try closing ME3 as well as Origin and reconnect. Had this a few times, too but I could fix it each time this way.

Happened at about the same time at the OP, and I kept getting disconnected when trying to claim the operation victory/squad packs. Logging out and shutting down Origin worked for me.
