I'm getting this error message when I try to purchase the Leviathan DLC for Mass Effect 3. I'm using my US credit card from a US bank, but I currently live in Malaysia. I know this issue has been posted before, but I haven't found any solution in the forums. Help?
We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one.

"2) If your Billing country, your EA account, and the country your IP resolves to mis-match, your transaction can fail. ESPECIALLY COMMON IN EUROPEAN CUSTOMERS, or those customers using non-traditional ISP services."
Thinking this might be the issue. I'm living in Iceland, tried both MasterCard and Visa and without success. Also tried PayPal but that's also not working, at least that option spits out an error message.

I'm getting an error message for the PayPal method too. I noticed that line in the sticky post, but it doesn't help in resolving the issue. Just hoping that one of the moderators will notice this post and provide a solution. Is there a way to change the country for my EA account?

Moderators here just do not do much (at least, not on less-active forums such as this one). You have to report a need for their assistance (send a direct PM to one or another of them). Official Support is still on EA's Help site.

I've tried contacting EA's customer service for help, and it's really frustrating... EA pretty much outsources their customer service team - hardly any of them have a clue on how to resolve this issue. Do you know any active moderators that I can PM?

Scroll to the bottom and start with Chris Priestly. He's the Boss of them all, but probably gets tons of PMs.

I have repeatedly attempted to purchase Bioware points, first from the Bioware Social Network and then from Origin Games.
Each time, I receive this message:
