when in search of Garneau (running after 'him') I have to climb a ladder and a loading screen appear. The game freeze during this screen ... tried four times and every time is the same ... SAD

I have recieved this game hardlock on two different Shepards at the same exact spot, and have friends who also play XBox recieve the same exact hardlock.
My only solution is to try and quicksave either prior to clicking the 'talk-to' point in the hospital that initiates the convo & following chase, or a quick-save prior to climbing the ladder.
To quick-save on XBox, simply press the 'Select/Back' button on your controller. I think this hard-lock results in the game choking up on it's auto-save as it loads the next zone.
