 Ive got a question regarding the LegendSave.

Once you finished ure playthrough a LegendSave will be created,if u decide to play the ending again but for example tweaked ure build a bit and then finish the playthrough again,you got taken back to the first time you finished the game and by so resetting ure changes to ure build,

My question is with adding dlc: Leviathan, is the LegendSave updated once you finish the dlc? that if i choose to playthrough the final missions again to complete the game that it won't take my back to the previous LegendSave and make everything you did in Leviathan undone.

This is something id really like to know,

An Update for Legend Save after Leviathan whould not make sense, since you have to do Leviathan before Cronos. You have to play Cronos and Earth again after finishing leviathan in order to get an updated legend save.

So for you its:
Load that save created after finishing the game->Leviathan->Cronos->London->Citadel->New Legend Save with leviathan created.
