I'm getting this error message when I try to purchase the Leviathan DLC for Mass Effect 3.

"We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."

I'm using my US credit card from a US bank, but I currently live in Malaysia. I know this issue has been posted before, but I haven't found any solution in the forums. Help?

I got the same error and i live in the US. I have made several purchases to bioware BEFORE EA/ORIGIN were ever involved..... I guess they dont want any more money!

I'm trying to purchase Bioware points with my Spanish Mastercard debit card (the one I've been using since the very beginning to buy all my EA games), and I keep getting the same error...

Im getting the same here in Ireland.

Ive used this card to but DLC before?

When I try to buy BW points with PayPal I get a message: "An error has occurred while trying to process your request. Please, try again later."
If I try to use my credit cards I get this: "We're sorry, but we can't perform transactions to this credit card. Please load a different one."
And 2 days I can't buy DLC "Leviathan".

Well... I don't know what's changed but ... today I bought 800 Bioware points from Origin with my credit card.
