I just signed in to get my victory/commendation pack to see all my N7 characters are gone, my gear is all gone, my store menu is not showing up so I can not claim my victory and commendation packs, my galaxy at war table is just red with no percentages.... any idea anyone?

Problem solved, reboot router and re-downloaded earth pack.

EDIT: Problem not solved, everything has been reset, no characters, no weapons, nothing. Back to Level 0, with nothing....?
