Hi PC support team,

as advise from Origin support to post the issues here,
Please kindly assist that i did not received the +1 medi-gel upgrade even i received the victory pack.

No Victory packs contain the upgrade. It is merely unlocked to be found in normal packs.

The Operation Alloy post said that completing the allied goal would get us all +1 medigel capacity, not that we'd have to buy packs to get it.

I've had the same issue. I asked EA support, but they just told me to take it to the forums. I've never seen any problems posted here get resolved by the mods, but maybe this time will be different.

It was a mispost. The general consensus here is that the capacity is unlocked. It's all but confirmed.
(Think about it, it might not be a bug if everyone is affected, right?)

Bugs in software affect all users all the time (those are the easiest ones to catch and fix though, so it usually only happens in edge cases that aren't subject to high-priority regression testing).  But I do agree with you here.

The FAQ available in Origin specifically says that th medigel cap has been lifted, but that you still need to luck into a +1 upgrade via your regularly purchased packs.

Yeah, I was less than impressed at their clarity myself.

I got my medi-gel after several premium spectre packs. I think though it might show up even in veteran packs...wish I could remember the rarity.
