I agree entirely. Dwarve origins were my favorite. I'd love to play as a kossith but I won't hold my breath for it.

MOST, meaning great majority of 'em, chose human in DAO. Thats saying something aint it? I dont remember the numbers but I think Biowarian said something on the case and the number was staggering. Just like with the most players not finishing a game witch ranges about 60% (and that is a REALLY GOOD number mind you). Normally only 20-30% finishes the game - at least when you look at Steam achivements.

I would be glad to play a role of Qunari missionary. Or an outcast. Something with really different and challenging mindset. Or be thrown in that kind of society. Bbut I hope in vain. Time of innovation are of the past, now its broad audiences and mainstreamization... or making a game more accessible... for ****'s sake, I hate that term with passion.

I really enjoyed the origins in DAO, especially the dwarves origin. So much additional info about the world of Thedas and I fellt really a part of it as a player.

Sadly my console broke down and lost about 6 complete playthroughs Image IPB including the ones with the origins..

Played DAO again on the new one, did 2 playthroughs so I could upload it on the BSN, but did not do the origins again because of the set up in DA2 it was a waste of time imo. The impact of the origins if taken over into DA2 wasn't worth it..

Would love to have the option to play a different race in DA3, but as other posters and also people from BW have said this isn't going to happen as far as we know now.. Really like the dwarves and there are so many things we do not know about their race. There are several thaigs that we know of that need to be explored still and there could be living a dwarves population that has taken a different course of development because of their isolation.

My hope is we get to visit there at least for a major quest that will be fleshed out and we will learn more about it while doing it.
