Edit: oh and great video, music and all.  It's cool seeing people role play in the multiplayer section of an RPG.  Very nice.

Good job you two. As someone who's solo'd silver numerous times (but not gold), I can honestly say that soloing is not really appealing to me. However, some of my most fun and exciting games have been duo gold matches.

Ah, for shame!  Though I am usually playing with my wife, hence the easy availability of two-person matches.  We often find that we can run a duo silver faster than a 4-person silver with 2 randoms.  And the Gold full extraction still eludes us, though she's steadily getting a better manifest.

Sounds familiar, can't quite place it. Where's it from?

I recognized some of it coming from the Kasumi DLC, but the rest I'm not sure about.

I think it goes:

1. Samara theme from ME2 
2. Kasumi theme from ME 2 
3. Citadel Coup from ME3
4. Scientists mission from ME3 
5. Tali theme from ME2 
6. Rannoch from ME3
7. Sur´Kesh from ME3
8. Reaper on Rannoch from ME3
9. Final piece of Rachni mission, where Grunts fights to buy Shepard time from ME3.

Hope I got it right from hearing.

Charge: 4 - AoE
Stasis: 6 - Strenght/Recharge/Bubble
Lift Grenade: 6 - Radius/Capacity/Damage & Radius
Justicar: 6 - Power/Power/Weapon
Fitness: 4 - Shields

It's the only build I've used so far and it definitely needs rework. Taking Stasis rank 4 Duration sounds obvious for instance. But I cannot figure how to respec her. Don't think I need more points in charge, could spare a little fitness maybe.... I don't know. In the meantime, I'm satisfied with this build.

I'd just like to throw this out there for your consideration. Can't speak for platinum, but It serves me well on gold as I'm not very dependant on stasis and just use it in a pinch (I actually prefer to deal with phantoms by charging them then throwing a grenade at the ground while dodging backwards).

Using my wraith X on her gets me low cooldowns and enough damage to pop heads in one shot at melee range without the rank 6 passive.

To all the people who, just like me, are not interested in solo games, I highly recommend you give a shot at the duo experience. Regardless of the level of difficulty you will take for a challenge, this will be a game full of fun, epic, comradeship and adrenaline.

As you can probably tell by watching the video, we did not came here with a plan. I just thought it'd be a good idea to avoid banshees until we cleared everything else, and in retrospec I'm not sure this was a great idea.
You could also tell that I get into panic mode as soon as my teammate gets hugged by a filthy woman on wave 8. Tons of fun :happy:.



Many many thanks to Aetika for being such a good sister... I mean, a good teammate!

I have a few people I do the 2 person runs with - mostly bronze and silver stuff.  Its a good way to relax and do some serious stomping.

It gets really fun with certain class combos too - its a great way to just have some good old fashioned fun.

It would be nice though - if the game gave me more cash for only having half the team and getting full extractions.

One other thing is how you guys set your rules.  We use no rockets, and no medigels, no consumables at all.

I don't think my cooldowns are extremely fast.
If I recall correctly, Graal X gives me +121% recharge time, which is good without being awesome.

I'm surprised you have charge only at rank 4. The power damage +40% at rank 5 is awesome for lift grenades.

The power damage bonus from charge is indeed very useful. I use the Graal with my AV as well, but prefer the 6/3/6/5/6.

Great job. I'll echo one of the comments on youtube: You are so goddamn classy for using the graal Asari Vanguard is one of my favorite classes, but she is so hard to spec because I want everything.

It's probably 'most' optimal to keep stasis at 3, but I really do like the bubble.

Great post, OP. The back story you wrote was pretty darn cool. As others have pointed out, the music worked quite well, a very nice add to the vid. I really appreciated the video content, a lot to learn from, imo. Really impressed with the way you integrated weapons and powers, as well as the ability to deal with multiple enemies, not get target fixation and die because you missed the baddie sneaking up behind you. Your post reflects talents that go well beyond playing a video game. Well done.
