So, today I thought I'd buy Leviathan. I ordered it on Origin and immediately bought 1600 Bioware points so I could get From Ashes as well while I was at it. Leviathan downloaded properly, but now when I try to get From Ashes it says I don't have any points left and have to pay for another 800. I got a receipt by email that specifically states I bought 1600 points though, so I should have 800 left now. I also checked the in-game store for multiplayer packs, but there it also says 0 points left.
