wow. I'm really sorry some ass sent you a message like that. But this is kinda the point. people like that a-hole need to be taken down a peg. thats all, people should treat each other over the internet as they would IRL.

It wasn't  to me, merely an example of what women get. It's a whole site devoted to the verbal/written abuse women get from male gamers simply for being female.

it doens't demean anyone. I didn't miss your point. i really dind't bother to respond to it. Its not an e-peen contest. i'm just teaching someone a lesson. Thats all it is is treating people the way they treat others

OK, if you can't be bothered to respond to a request for information/clarification/discussion and/or can't actually refute my points about why it is not teaching him anything,  that is an answer in itself.

If we nuke spawns, and he doesn't it actually proves that we know the spawning mechanics better than he does.

Although it's impact is sort of diminished on Glacier because the map is so small.

This. Nuking spawns is the pinnacle of this games knowledge. You know how to control spawns to maximise efficiency of match clears. Also if we have 20 rockets to nuke spawns with it just means that we don't those 20 rockets for things other people (mainly campers) will need them for. Banshees do not break the line of defense when speedrunning because they are already dead, we just happened to have gotten an extra 100 points of the budget depleted because we did what they did but inside the spawn...

exactly. controlling spawns and using rockets are part of understanding teh games mechanics. If this guy is an elite player as he thinks so by his comments he should know this. Its not like he doens't have missles to use. he has them and can use them how he wnats to

Exactly it should be everyone's aim to better there clear times. Why would you settle for a 24 minute FBWGG match where hide behind the counter  (and therefore following your so called code of honour where you don't do anything "cheap" in a co-op game) when it has been proven you can get a sub-14 minute Dagger run by "playing to win"?

Don't need it. Some of the fun in this game, and all  RPG games, is experimenting and figuring out different builds. But thanks for offering.

- Y'all seem to have put a lot of thought into this, and the idea is sound in and of itself, if the guy bothers to join. No guarantee that it will work out the way it's planned however...

There are more rancid brown trouts swimming the ocean that is xbox live than this one rude player however.... Met a couple of them myself over the years, and find it hard to get affected by some wannabe badhole acting tough over messages or chat.  Many if them are just rude kids y'know.


Aaaand, while formulating a respons(and goofing around with tons of tabs) I see that the whole thing is a no-go....

A well, can't win them all. Maybe best to just move on, remember the tag and give him the ol' kickaroo if he shows up in one of your games. But what do I know, I'm a horse.

3 is respoding to what?  it makes no sense if it is my second bolded bit.   If you need 2 other elites to beat this one guy and daren't invite the two friends who were actually the victims then ???  Or does this refer to the message you will send him that he "belongs on bronze" ?

How do your friends gain and this idiot lose?  He just didn't get top score in some random match and gets some trash talk, which he is boviously used to. Your friends get absolutely nothing except the knowledge you beat that guy and they didn't. Will you be expecting congratulations for not inviting them to that match? Or will they learn that you think they aren't very good players actually because you had to invite elites to beat this guy???
