I don't know there are people out there who are amazing but we never here about them because they are not part of the Community 

I've yet to see that and i've randomally encountered N7s of over 15k that were good but not impressive.

The last time a random beat me out was months ago. he was impressive. I even sent him a message saying so. He was a GI with a pirhanna. he got like 150k to my 135k (the other 2 were under 30-40k) Most of the impressive players are on the forums and/or my friends list at this point I think lol except for that one guy i just mentioned. In the same sense though i wasn't purposely trying to outscore him, i was just playing for fun.Still he was impressive.

You know, I just gotta say, although it is funny what you're planning to do, if I got an invite from a stranger, played with him and his two friends, got outscored because they were running a map in an organized fashion they obviously have practiced before, and was then called a noob, it wouldn't quite bother me as much as I think you want it to bother him.

It might be advisable to avoid Glacier, at the least.

Oh of that there is no doubt at all according to the defintions of carrying that go on around here.   Unlikely though as I play mostly bronze and silver with the occasional foray into gold.

2 friends were treated very badly by some random person on the internet so you are going to get a gang of very good players to enact revenge on behalf of your friends, no?

Why isn't it you and those two friends of yours playing? Or more to the point... Why aren't those two friends of yours doing it themselves without help? You believe they are good enough, no? Do they? Did they ask you to do this?

... if, in your msg to him, you don't link it to the previous game of your friends, you teach this guy nothing, except that sending rude msgs on XBOX  is common.

If, in your msg to him, you do link it to the previous game of your friends, you basically say "Yip, you are better than they are and they're too scared to come play with you again"... and that happens whether you win or lose, no?

Considering the whole thing is about a single ePeen incident, how exactly are you helping your friends?

Well, even before I knew the tricks, I could tell when people played together a lot if they fell into patterns on maps, of course not counting FBWGG.  If the guy sees you taking certain positions at starts of waves, all nuke spawns on some waves but not others, he would have to know that you guys have some sort of organized approach to playing that map and would undoubtedly start wondering wtf he was doing there and why the hell he was invited.  Unless he is a moron, of course.

It would be more satisfying and leave more of an impression if you outplayed him in a chaotic environment is all I'm saying.  Basically, beat him at his own game, rather than yours.  You gave him a chance to outscore you and proved he was inferior in gameply and undeserving of his ePeen.

i'm the same, i dont like when people talk down to others either....and i'm not rooting for yall to fail, just curious to see what happens if the desired result isnt the result...

i've never said what kinda player i am, but since i dont know your def of casual, i wont answer whether i'm casual or not....give me your def and i'll answer that

as for the other part, i have had people send me messages like that/tried to kick me(not for playing bad though, might be different)...i just laugh it off, sometimes i respond, but i keep it moving....just the kinda person i am...exs:  

- 1st time playing gold, received a message that i sucked and should never play gold again cause i tried to finish wave 10 after the others had died(not on purpose either)...i responded 'but i outscored you and was the last one alive, maybe you should take your own advice lol'

- group tried to kick me from a lobby after the 2nd game for whatever reason...i came in 2nd and 3rd points wise, but 1 of the people in there didnt like what i was doing apparently and felt i should leave...he told his friend to follow his lead and he put a kick by me...i laughed and just left

- guy tried to kick me cause he was trying to get at some chick that was in the lobby, and i spoke to her about something that was happening during the game....it didnt help she commented on my play, which was better then his lol...anyway, i just laughed and left

U/U/P would be a better measure of relative skill. I've definitely played with people who perform well in speed runs but stuggle some when forced out of their comfort zone. You should also offer to let your random host. I would also tell your random the objective is to come out on top of the score board. Winning when you hold the advantages is not all that impresssive, just expected. Good luck, it might be fun for all if the competition is fair.

hopefully it teaches the guy not to be a jerk. that you don't have to call people noobs who should go back to bronze becuase you beat them in one game. he obviously thinks of himself as a good player so it'll be a relaity check for him. If not oh well at least his ego takes a little hit
