I was using Juggernaut Shield IV on my N7 Shadow instead of the Shield Booster I usually use, and it seemed to decrease the effectiveness of Shadow Strike and heavy melee.
Can anyone else test this and verify?

AF field radius tooltip apparently refers to diameter instead of radius. Also seems to apply with any power involving the word 'radius', really.

N7 Demolisher rank 6A "Power Damage" (+20% power damage and force bonuses) appears to be broken. Both grenade damages are listed as the same before and after.

+ On maps like FB White you can stuck banshees by sitting behind "special" covers (the banshees can not teleport to you just standing in front of your cover and easy to kill them)
+ When you drop grenades (with Demolisher, Human Soldier, etc.) the animation starts but the grenade disappears in the air and sometimes your grenade count decreases by 1 (rarely happens)
+ Same problem with Cobra Missile Launcher, it can shoot out without any effect (by the host too)
+ If I'm walking backward and shooting then I can not use any power (looks like the game doesn't have reaction for pushing additional buttons... I've to release a button to be able usign the power)
+ Sometimes the game "starts in wrong way": the shuttle doesn't fly away and players can not take cover (the animation of ducking started but your character immediately stands up) on the entire map and in the entire game, it doesn't happen to host but can happen all of clients. Additionally sometimes your gun fires until you are out of ammo and/or you can not grab up more ammo/grenades and/or some of players can not see some kind of enemies (this means you can not hear or see them absolutely)
+ N7 Vanguard heavy melee attack teleports your character through your target and then you hit the air behind him (happens often)
+ The "aggro" is broken in the game (I know there isn't "aggro" in the game but I haven't better word for it), using tactical cloak forces a lot of enemies immediately targeting the cloaked player, banshee starts to cry (AoE effect) when a cloaked character approaches her, ravager starts pukeing out acid, etc. while the other teammates can run up and down in the battlefield and shoot into shreds the mobs (it's working stupidly, I think there is no reason for a prime or an atlas or a banshee to hunting down a cloaked, far away fighting player when the others are wiping them out in front of them) - I've to say doesn't always work "aggro" in this way, I don't know why
+ Sometimes the game doesn't show in the combat log who killed you
+ Sometimes the game shows wrong weapon when killed a mob with cobra missile launcher
+ Sometimes one player can gain total experience for killing a mob while he/she just shot it 1-2 times only

My friends and me experienced these bugs on PC. At most of the bugs doesn't matter who is the host.

That's your keyboard. Certain keyboards get confused by three keys at once.

Listed already. Slayer melee is not intuitive to aim.

Don't have it off hand, but this behavior has been explained by BioWare. "Aggro" doesn't function like in WoW.

Happens with more than just Banshees. Happens with projectiles overall.
You should check your ping. Alot of the issues you listed here happen often to me when a guy I play with in Germany hosts games. I'm in NJ. The fact that lag has so many negative effects in ME3 seems to support my buddy's hypothesis that vital packets are being lost to typical UDP packet drops. UDP packet loss is inevitable, but the next patch will hopefully insure that the "vital" packets are never lost, such as positioning. This will have a cost in some other aspects though.

Well technically speaking, both Adepts are Justicars, as that is what both passives are.
Asari Justicar Adept is a creation by us. Justicar overall could refer to the Vanguard, too.
Hence, "Reave Adept" in #72.

I've run into invincibility in 3 separate ways:
1) Invisible wall blocks shots at point blank.
2) "Sync loss:" Maurauder shown laying on the ground, but is still blasting you in the face. Unable to hit Maurauder. Happens across all factions. This is UDP sync loss based. Same as when you can get ammo from a crate. Or when your client doesn't know where you are and you keep seeing yourself flash between two positions.
3) Geth Hunter MRAWR.
All are listed in one form or another.
Pizza delivery issues on Hydra already listed.

77) N7 Demolisher Rank 6A does not change tooltip damage of Grenades.
It's not bugged entirely, if you change character and then select again the demolisher it should work.
Also, another one: if you die near the end of the map you fall off the map borders and will be teleported alive with full health on the landing zone, this is very easy on "suspended" maps like benning and rio.
Another: just as biotics even other tracking powers
(incinerate, carnage, cryo blast) don't hit the target due to lag.
Also drones and turrets sometimes disappear into walls.
I'll keep an eye open for new bugs, your efforts for this thread are much appreciated.
Others:
- Reegar carbine fires continuosly while animations and actions are performed, and I mean every action or animation like krogan melee, smash, and much more.
- You get hit in the back while sitting in cover if you aim backwards.
- Phantom still able to instakill despite the sword has been shattered if they performed a melee before.
- Atlas canopy double penetration still applies from certain angles.

I didn't play with WoW so I don't know how "aggro" is working in that. But I see the enemies have stupid behaviour in ME MP, they shooting/approaching players don't threat them. They are much more aggressive against cloaked players (and always knowing where he/she is).
Often happens on Condor I'm sitting behind a cover on the hill, my teammates are waiting the spawn at the feet of the hill. The spawn comes from the starting point, my teammates start to fire everything they have. And all of the primes and ravagers are shooting my cover, until they die. It is stupid, isn't it?

I know about UDP packet loss, it is a problem but UDP has lower overhead in communication than TCP. But Bioware have to write their software to be able to work over the internet. Other companies have been made it earlier...
Anyway, my ping is between 140-158 msec from home to EA.COM while I'm playing. In most of the time it is 150msec exactly. In my tests there aren't any ICMP or TCP packet loss between me and my ISP. In 90% of our games I'm the host and I'm still experiencing the bugs. I'm playing with gamers from my country (ping between us is about 12-25 msec). So there is no reason to loss many UDP packets or experiencing much bugs. Or these numbers are still not enough to ME MP... :S

26) Firebase Reactor, Cerberus: Enemies will occassionally get stuck in rafters they drop from or drop in a straight line and remain immobile and only killable through AoE. - I've also seen this happen after powers (especially biotic explosions) send an enemy flying, they remain limp and invincible to weapons but can slowly be killed with powers.
47) Singularity will not land where aimed while in cover. - I've had a similar problem aiming abilities from high ground at lower enemies. This is especially noticable on Dagger, where aiming down from the "sniper's room" with warp or throw seems to always clip the edge of the window, even if you're "in cover" against it and can hit enemies with weapons.
48) Human Missile Drone tracking ignoring walls, trying to fire through them at times. - I don't mind this since it lets me know there's an enemy on the other side of the wall. I've never had my drone stop moving and sit in one place doing this, though.
49) Ops Survival packs do not work at times near death. - Sometimes it registers the Ops pack (and reduces inventory) and you die a split second later anyway. Probably lag?
(related, I've seen players bleed out while being revived, shouldn't the revive stop the bleedout countdown?)
66) Certain enemy targets that are dead still block your path and shots when dead. Banshees are notorious for this. - Can this happen with friendly combat drones / turrets? It's possible that something died in the same spot my drone was, but I swear friendly decoys can do this too. Hope I'm wrong though.
In addition, I've seen four others.
The not so bad ones: In the middle of a sword attack, something interrupted my N7 Shadow, and I ended up holding the sword and my primary weapon at the same time. Purely aesthetic. Switching weapons fixed it.
Invisible Geth Hunters seem to not register abilities or melee. Krogan Heavy melee particularly seems to pass right through them, and abilities fired at them when the reticle is clearly over a cloaked Hunter miss all the time.
"dumb fire" Demolisher homing grenades (fired without enemy lock) sometimes fly off in a totally different direction than where you're aiming. This is especially bad on London if you're trying to shoot downward into a Cerberus smoke cloud for splash damage; they sometimes fly level and hit buildings instead.
The bad one: don't know what triggered it, but I was unable to fire my weapon or use abilities. Switching weapons was instantaneous (no animation, the other gun just appeared in my hands) and I couldn't fire that one either. I *think* I was still able to melee. Dying and being brought back to life (or at the next round) fixed the issue. This has only happened to me twice, I think both times with Asari Adept on Condor and Glacier. Thankfully it seems to be super-rare.

Round 5 had gone really badly for our group, and I had to use up all of my missiles just to take out the last remaining Atlases. This left me with 5 thermal clip packs, 5 ops survival packs, 2 medi get and no cobra missiles.
Wave 6 started, and the hosting player (can't remember who) left the session. I waited for the wave to reload. For some reason, when the wave restarted my missile count had reset itself to the value at the start of the game - 5!
I quit straight away and reported it. A note to anyone reading - if a wave restarts check your supplies haven't reset. If they have, for what little its worth I recommend you quit and report it too.

I forgot to mention that there is a fix to the n7 fury dissapearing banshee scream is to reteleport (dodge) and show back up. I also edited the quote of some words that I needed to add instead of my post.
