10 minutes ago started the game. Entered the shop and tryed to get victory pack. Game just stoped at "please,wait" status for 3 minutes. Ctr+Alt+Del-ed the game,restarted it. Entered the amunition screen/ So i got just 1 lvl2 and 1 lvl3 ammo, nothing else. Then i tried to by some pro-specter pack (after bying FirePower pack i've got 240 points left). So, again 1 minute of waiting, then message "please, wait" disapeared - and nothing happend. No picture of opened chest. Looked in inventory - NOTHING new! But 240 points blown away! BioWare, it's my money, so please bring back my 240 points. (And victory pack, but this is optional). Your support do not work, so writing you here.
I want you to answer me ASAP, i realy get tired of being nice with you - somthing of this damn things comming too often last 2 months.
No victory pack and LOST 240 BW POINTS!
