The secret to good games and DLC is to give a lot to the player and Leviathan certainly delivered! New locations, missions, weapons, characters, and even a new race!

I'm trilled with the return of exploration to Mass Effect, it was something I felt was lacking in ME3 compared to 1 and 2. The Asteroid base was interesting and challenging and the underwater part was also superb. Like many people I would have loved to see more of it: an elaborate level to explore and maybe even a few nasties to fight.

I thought the dig site was a bit weak though. The vistas were quite poor even for a desert planet and frankly we've all done 'prefabs' a million times. Primitive ruins cut into the cliff-side would have been far more exciting (something like the Pueblo and Anasazi ruins of New Mexico).

That said I was overall very happy with Leviathan and I'm looking forward to more. I'd like to see a 'Retake Omega hub-world dlc' as much as everyone else and I really want to see some more Rachni content.
The threads are already there: in the Attican Traverse: Krogan Team mission someone says that it's odd for Racni to be on Utukku as they usually prefer toxic planets, also the description for the planet Keph in the same system describes the Helium-3 infrastructure as having been 'moved in the last few years'. Where was it moved to exactly? Another system in that cluster perhaps? This could be an opportunity to bring in some real Rachni war assets to the final conflict, like a fleet and and an army.
... and dare I hope, the return of Grunt to the team?

Leviathan DLC is pretty good idea. But don't you think it is time to create
a new mass effect 4 without or, preferably WITH commander Sheppard?

Leviathan DLC was perfect, but i wish that could change ending..this dlc doesnt change anything in game..in the last mission ((Priority: Earth)) Leviathans didnt do anything..i thought bioware should have a reason for selling this dlc..i played this dlc before the Cerberus Headquarters mission..

I think that it is useless to talk about changing of endings.
Even votes for changing of endings hasn't brought any results.
They gave only explanations to us.

I felt that the dlc was a tad short and the explanation of the Reapers was just silly, before the Reapers were a sceary bunch of mad machines now there cuttlefish o-o', somtimes it's best when you don't know where somthing originated from gives a spesific ora of wrongnes and creppyness

I liked it, but it lacked something in terms of gameplay. The underwater mission it wasn't really a mission, just walking at the bottom of the ocean, you had a great idea and did nothing with it. And I think that was the major dissapointment since I was expecting a boss battle, a climax in the story or a plot twist.

The story was awesome, well written and interesting, but being too mysterious, powerful and ancient I thought it would have a more significant impact on the game instead of some "war assets"

Leviathan is not one of your best DLCs, the story was so great that the rest of it was just poor. When the most interesting part of the DLC is the talk at the end, then something is wrong.

I love how the story of Leviathan keeps twisting and turning - there's always a surprise waiting around the next corner. I stopped playing halfway through for some sleep, watched the story unfold in a different direction in a dream, and was even more thrilled when it took yet another turn when I played on. All in all, a well-told story of mystery, with one of the most unique aliens in the ME universe.

Also, the shower in the lab was a laugh. I just wish EDI or James had commented on it...

Well, I remember the underwater scene from Knights of the Old Republic, a Bioware classic. Those didn't really need the fighting (it was all about pressing one button, once, to finish of a big fish with a sonic attack), but they were very atmospheric too. The underwater scene in Leviathan almost feels like a self-reference. And I'd say the darkness, the sounds, the flares, and keeping dropping lower and lower with pressure warnings already going off creates suspense without the need for bullets flying, especially since an Atlas chassis doesn't exactly make for exciting combat (the Mako is still the most exciting combat vehicle to me, with the Hammerhead coming only second).

The dlc was good, i give it a 7/10.

The reason for the low score is that i found the detective work not interesting as it did not make sense plus the visiting other planets where the people were indoctrinated should not have been a surprise to Shepard as it was not the first time he encountered indoctrination.

The Leviathan story about the beginning of the intelligence and the reapers was good and i enjoyed the dlc but hope to see more story dlc's and maybe some more changes to the endings if the dlc's are appropriate.
