So I would like to preorder one of these puppies for myself, but I find the wording confusing. I am a woman and it tells me to add an additial 1.5 to my size. Really? Women's sizes are larger than a man's? That doesn't make any sense. I wear I size 7, so ... does that mean I pick an 8.5? Or do I pick a 5.5?

Yes, you need to add up to the size. Women's shoe sizes aren't on the same number system as men's. The shoes are presented and numbered with men sizes on the store.

I found some resources on this online if this will help you figure out the size you need:

I know they're not on the same number system, but in the US a woman's size is 1.5 lower, not higher when trying to buy for a men's standard. For example, if I want to order shoes that are only found in men's I would have to find a 5.5 (which is not going to happen) or go up to a 6, I would not go HIGHER and order a 8.5 as that would translate into a size 10. Even your link points that out.

I think they should put in subtract 1.5, not add.

No, I don't think you should. You should follow the instructions and add.

This is the company that makes the N7 shoes, look at the shoe sizes here. It shows the men size and the subsequent women's size (which is 1.5 higher).

It makes sense, but it is very confusing. Add 1.5 to each men's size to indicate what that size is for females. (10 men's = 11.5 women's). They really should make that more clear.

Legendary, Look at the size chart you linked. I am a size 7, what does that equate to on the men's size? It is not 8.5

SIim, they could have stopped the Unisex bull and just given us a damn size chart.

I agree this is confusing as I've looked up things to this also.

I would think that these shoes are sized unisex, but here's what I found that might help:

Need an example? If you wear a women’s U.S. size 7, you would subtract
two whole sizes and find that you wear a men’s size 5. Need another
one? A woman who wears a women’s size 9 shoe would wear a men’s or
unisex size 7 shoe

I think you're best bet would be to follow this instead, but then again, perhaps the shoe is on a different system of sizes.
