PC or Mac users should have a look at Advanced Quickbar:

It gives you 4 quickbars you can scroll through with the provided arrows.

Hotkeys for the extra hotbar slots would be nice too..

i just started dragon age awakening and i have more spells then i can display. this is really sad, more bars please

I don't understand how could they not forsee the player's need for more that one action bar... It really becomes a problem once you get it all full and you have no more space to add your new spells >
