Hunter mode!

If I'm allowed a second, Adrenaline Rush in MP without the time dilation effect. As a personal aside, I would love to be able to toggle time dilation off in SP.

If I had to choose just one... Hmm... I'd have to say Tac Scan. I love when you have area scan how you can use it to quickly assess the need to bug out from your current location or to completely stomp a banshee/atlas/prime because they are now this big vulnerable and annoying blip that must die.

Anything with a sufficiently violent force mechanic. If it has nifty visuals, even better. Something like the Fury's throw, for example.

Biotic: Reave and Annihilation Field. If only Dominate could set up biotic combos...
Tech: Energy Drain and Snap Freeze.
Combat: Marksman and Ballistic Blades.
Grenade: Inferno and Homing.
There are too many powers in-game to just pick one favorite, so I picked two from each power type!
