Its hard to pick just one.

Warp or PM for the de-buff, or maybe, throw or CS for awesome stagger. Overload is pretty awesome too.

Now, it's Adrenaline.

A soldier spec'd for damage with Adrenaline with and a harrier with armor piercing rounds.. holy.. Tear an Atlas a new one in about 15 seconds.

Not specifically an ability, I simply love the sound of Biotic Explosions from an aesthethic point of "view". So that places Warp and Throw right to the top of my list. If only they didn't glitch so often :S

Dark Channel is my new favorite. All the fun of Reave, plus it primes new enemies when the old ones die. It's fun to go through a spawn point going BOOM - BOOM - BOOM as fast as I can Throw.

N7Fury: heavy melee teleport and the teleport dodge (not an ability, but it is fun)
Asari Adept: biotic dodge out of cover, cast throw (triggers biotic explosion), biotic dodge back into cover... highly funny combo
Triggering a biotic explosion or fire explosion with charge is fun too !!

So, just to sum this all up, and to answer the question - The N7 Fury.

Cannonballing over the battlefield? Check.
Invincible? Check.
Staggering even big-ass mechs? Check.
Throwing around little mooks like rag-dolls? Check.
Biotic Explosions? Check.

The person responsible for bringing this into a video should get some kind of award. When introduced back in ME2, I couldn´t believe such an awesome power could ever exist! If it weren´t for these damn glitches in MP =(

Biotic: Reave ALL of the things. I'd probably like Dark Channel, but alas, the Fury still evades me.
Tech: Snap Freeze/Cryo Blast, if only for the chance to make terrible cold puns whenever I use them.
Combat: Marksman or Devastator mode. Because Sniping people with a Revenant is fun.

Ahhh biotic explosions. The sweet sound of dubstep and your enemies being flung across the screen.
(Yes, I know, it's not a power but anything that cause it is awesome)
