What changes have in your opinion been unjustified? What about the more numerous buffs, the flip side of the coin we call balance, don't you appreciate them just as much as you dislike the nerfs?
Numerous buffs, yes. About 10% more damage for weapons still no one uses. They buffed the phaeston, the vindicator and other weapons more than once (sometimes thrice) and they still suck so bad that no one uses them. Eagle is a very good example. It's a commendation pack weapon, so only attainable every 2 weeks with rng. They buffed it thrice (if I recall it right) and it still is BS you can hang around the hip. Weapons are created only to get buffed the SAME DAY they came out (Piranha) only to get nerfed a week later or utterly destroyed (Typhoon). More example weapons that got killed are the Falcon or Krysae. Powers that were implemented from the beginning are still broken (Incinerate evo 6, CS evo 6 for example), even new characters get broken powers from the start (Snap Freeze, Shadow Strike, Kroguard Rage). Powers get buffed without adressing the main obstacles for using them (BC and the Vanguard glitch). Powers get killed because people were whining and crying about them, and when the numbers are accentuating this, the powers gets the hammer (TC), even if they were seemingly fine for months.
Sorry, but the "numerous buffs" can't even aspire to outweigh the heaviness of the nerfs. There is no balance, when a whole class and numerous weapons are practically unplayable off-host. And when a statement from official side (which I consider a BW-employee) provides "start hosting" as the only solution for those problems, it's getting ridiculous. When there's resorting to outright lies about powers (they stated in patch notes that the VG glitch was fixed) it's getting shameful.
So yeah, I don't see any balance when most things that are done are just plain BS. And all this is only off the top of my head, there's a lot of other stuff that needs to be adressed. Sadly, I've given up hope.
Keep in mind, that I love the game and have a lot of fun with it, but things like this make me sad. So no, I'm definitly not going to tell them what my favorite powers are, what my favorite guns , what my favorite classes are, what my favorite set-ups are and so on just so they fiddle around with them when a certain number of people seems to like them too. And it's not like I would not be able or capable to play this game anymore, I'm certainly good enough to make almost everything work (yes, I'm that cocky and self-assured) but no, I don't see the point in telling.
Sorry for this wall of text though.
