Favorite power: Biotic Hammer.
-The sound and power of it just blows my mind. Too bad it's so hard to keep the warlord alive in Gold matches. It can be done but it's less fun when compared to Silver.

Most useful power: Recon Mine.
-Highlight enemies, slows them, debuffs them, and kills them with a wide-area explosion.

Best answer: Reload cancel. Please make sure it is part of the game in ME4.

Utilitarian answer: Tech Armor, and any of the other damage reduction powers like that (barrier, the new collector swarm one if you take the right evo, etc.)

Aesthetic answer: Tough one. So many are really neat.

Some favorites, in no particular order:

Energy Drain
Reave
Lash
Biotic Charge

Part of the problem is that I don't have a favorite power necessarily, but a favorite pair, i.e. for biotic/tech go-booms.

I love the Paladin for that. So many options. The basic human eng. is fun for the incinerate/overload explosions. Same goes for basic biotic with singularity/warp. The asari adept with warp + throw is also fun.

My favorite power in ME2 was shockwave, but it's so buggy in ME3 MP that it's sorta useless.

I like tactical cloak, but not as it normally is. I only really like it as the Volus light melee power, which is both incredibly useful and supremely in-character.
