While the classes are still leveled my account no longer has any actual characters as when I enter multiplayer I am prompted to choose a character as if it's my first time. This occurred immediately after I reconnected following getting knocked out of a match due to an internet bump.

close the game and re-open it. if that doesn't work restart your computer.

If that doesn't work...uhhhhh...I dunno, actually. contact EA support and hope you get someone helpful.

friend of mine had this happen to him tonight. his junk came back after a few minutes though. can't say i know what he did if anything.

It happens all the time, all you have to do is restart your console.

You mean his 'junk' actually went poof! And then magically reappear again... wow.. that's some space magic...

Happened to me earlier, if your on Xbox, just go back to the dashboard and start up the game again, I am sure it goes for PS3. PC, close the game and reopen it I guess.

Some how this happened to me from my break of playing and had to reset or remake some of my characters.

After heading back into multiplayer it seems that all but one of my characters are back, so there's no problem anymore.
