 Ok so, a while back i got Dragon age digital deluxe edition from steam. and recently it stopped working i tryed for weeks to fix that issue so i gave up. 

So then this week i purchased the digital deluxe edition again through the EADM (EA download manager.) and activated and registered it. Now when i go to play it, it says my DLC is unautherised can someone help ,me out here ( even though it clearly says i am entitles to the DLC, but its listed two times.)

Technically, you are seeing the bugginess of the web site's distribution system for DLC, not an actual problem in the game.  The web site is crap for just about anything other than reading and writing messages, at which it now outranks the older Bioware forums' functionality.  Roughly one third of the complaints in here amount to off-topic threads about problems with DLC, which tells you how awful the web site still is, nearly two months after the release. 

I bought the hard copy, and ignored all Free / Promotional DLC (and the not-free as well, of course).  I will not let the game log itself onto any web site, and I have had no insurmountable problems that were due to the game's own quirkiness.

The problem is though is that i am clearly entitled to DLC and its not letting me use it, So im sort of annoyed.





Any suggestions?
