This is the second time this has happened but it fixed itself the first time, so no idea what really happened. Upon turning Mass Effect 3 on, it starts the "connecting to ea" status for a while, but then the galaxy at war "laptop" doesn't open up, then asks me for to redeem an online pass. I've been playing for months, and i've had an online pass the whole time. when I check my add ons, I have them as well as the pass. when i try clicking on the redeem button, the same message asking me to get an online pass is shown again. I already tried repairing and checking for updates as well as rebooting. how can I fix this?

I have had a simmilar issue, along with other players. I e-mailed bioware asking about the issue and recieved a reply from Ernest Tse:
Hello,
I have taken a look into your account and can confirm that you have been banned for exploiting multiplayer. We take cheating very seriously and we have decided that this ban will be permanent.

Problem is I personally have not engaged in any "exploitative" behaviors that I know of. Send an E-mail to me3accountadmin@bioware.com and tell them about your issue. If you get the same reply that I got, I believe there is a very good chance that there may be a glitch in the banning system used by bioware; if this is the case then this issue MUST be brought to bioware's attention.
