4 times.
And I plan to play it again in the next future.
One of the best games ever made, along with Kotor, IMO.

I have played 3 DW warrior Human Noble warrior, one 2H warrior Human Noble warrior and a human mage. They're the playthroughs I've finished. (Origins, Awakening, Amgarrak, WH). I've got half way through a dwarven noble and started an elven rogue.
So 5 complete playthroughs, 2 in progress.

8 Times, one for each Origin and then a second run of the Mage class (human instead of elf this time).

6 full play throughs, 2 play throughs at least half to 2/3 of the way done, 2 finishing up Lothering, and have played all the Origins, more times than I can count. I have a bad habit of running multiple games at the same time....not the most productive way to play, but I just love switching things up whenever I want.

Somewhere between 15 and 25. Haven't kept track that closely, but quite a few times. Don't always do all the dlc each playthrough, though. Done all the difficulty levels from Easy to Nightmare. Attempted one solo run, but lost interest in it about twenty hours in. A big part of the enjoyment of playing DAO. for me at least, is building the team and setting the tactics menu so that everyone contributes to the team. The solo run was a bit... well... too solo.

Six times. My most recent playthrough ending about one hour ago. This game is like crack.

I'm presently in my fifth or sixth playthrough. Got the game when it was first released. Hadn't touched it since a bit before DA2 released. Started this playthrough a little over a week ago and it's like a completely new experience. Great locations, music, characters...fell completely in love with the game all over again. May play through again after this one if I can stay away from Dark Souls.

lol me too!
I played the pc verson (had two charators) then comp crashed. bought on-line game for Mac. got through 3 games. finaly got new pc , reloaded game and have played um, female HN (both) , mage human and finishing up elf. and Dalish elf.
now playing female dwarf com, male dwarf noble, male human noble warrior (at which I suck at)
I enjoy the different views the game offers depending on ones choice of character.
finnishing a game gives me the same feeling I get after a big holiday is over. it seemed as if it took f-o-r-e-v-e-r to arrive and then whoosh it's over.

Somewhere about 6 times. Each of the standalone DLCs only once though, and awakening only twice.

I have played the game over a score of times (was the only new game available for ca.1 year), and have well over 2000+ hrs overall. And that said, I recently started another replay as a break from Skyrim, and encountered a new wandering encounter for the first time today.
Wonderfully designed, and my second favorite CRPG next to NWN1.

More than I can count, thats for certain. Every time a modder does a great mod I have to play it so I can see the results (like the wedding, the funeral, the romances, new hairs, skins, tattoos, armors, weapons... just so many imaginative modders out there which adds new dimensions to the game!)
I will admit the bulk of re-playability is for the main game. The addons: Awakening maybe 4 times, the others at the most twice each.

Not really sure as I deleted a lot of my characters and limit the upload to the social network. But I would say I just finished my third "final battle" and I am moving into Awakening the first time. I have played several characters to points before the final battle but killed them off at some point.
This game delivers on replayabillity in a big way and I feel it truely is the spiritual successor to BG.

I discovered the game only a few months ago. However, I'm pretty much addicted now. I've made three complete playthroughs already - female City Elf, male Human Noble and female Dalish Elf, which is my favourite so far. I have one unfinished female Human Mage, which I've given up on because I've given her a personality I can't stand.
However, I keep playing and love it. Bought Return to Ostagar and Warden's Keep just a week ago and can't wait to play them. I think I'm going to make either female Elf Mage or male Human Noble and finally try romancing someone else except for Alistair. I'm thinking Leliana.

Zevran has a surprisingly satisfying romance. If Alistair's romance is sweet, Zevran's is best characterized as savoury. The ZDF mod is critical here as the game shipped with some broken dialogues.
That's not to dismiss Leliana. Her romance is fairly straight forward.

Countless times! First I bought the original on PS3 back in early 2010, then the ultimate edition for PS3 when it came out. Then when I treated myself to an Xbox, I bought the ultimate edition for Xbox. Needless to say: a HELL of a lot. Even thinking of saving up for the PC version.
