So I killed the guy that had eaten the key and got the key. So now I see the chest but when I try to open it the tranquilized guy say something like that this isnt nice and I cant open it. Anyone has the solution?

I think the journal says that you should try at night. Regardless of whether the journal actually does say that, you should try at night. Play some more and night will happen. You won't miss it. Promise!
