What does rmb during the game anyway? Opens a sub menu or something?

The Right Mouse Button is used for selecting a variety of things. Check your game manual for specifics.
Hmm... You may want to try installing the driver for that mouse. It could be that the OS pulled a driver for it that wasn't compatible. If nothing else, installing it would help to rule out that issue.
You can find the driver here:

I've installed that mouse driver, updated all the drivers, still no change. I swapped the functions of mouse buttons, and that still crashes, lmb this time.

Well, I'm running out of ideas. I guess the last step I can offer is that you try another mouse, if you have one. I'm not sure that this will really help, but it'll eliminate that hardware itself as being an issue.

I'm wondering if it has something to do with the automated path the characters take to get to that location. Have you installed the toolkit? How about the patches?

Havent used or installed any kinda toolkit. Game version is 1.01, couldnt installed 1.02 coz some kinda driving mad error (36). Is there any way to disable that you called"automated path" thing?

I'd look up the error 36 on the forums and see what you run into. Perhaps when resolving the issue with error 36, it'll resolve the other issue as well.
As for the automated path, it's an integral part of the game system, another method of moving without using the keyboard, so I doubt it can be disabled.
At this point, I honestly don't have anything else to offer you in terms of troubleshooting, beyond uninstalling and reinstalling the game (which isn't a sure fix either). Perhaps another user can offer more suggestions...
